Perimeter Treatments
Most pests enter structures from the immediate exterior
perimeter. This is especially true of the most
common crawling insect pests, Ants.
One of the most effective ways to keep crawling insects
and arthropod pests out of a structure is to thoroughly
treat this perimeter zone as a preventive measure. Each
perimeter treatment will generally be effective for
60 to 75 days depending on site specific conditions,
weather and pest pressure.
The Annual Perimeter Treatment program
provides a single application each
summer when crawling pest activity is peaking (typically
end of May or June). As a rule, a single application
is only suitable for structures that experience very
light pest activity (not Carpenter Ants) and does
not provide a service warranty as a stand
alone service. It is simply meant to be an economical
preventive measure.
The Bi-Annual Perimeter Treatment program
is our standard recommendation for crawling insect
and arthropod pests. It provides two
applications per season. The first is
done in the spring and the second is generally done
at least sixty days later. These services are
timed to coincide with the biology and behavior of
Carpenter Ants…the number one perimeter pest
in New England. But they are also highly effective
against other ants and occasional crawling invaders
such as Spiders, Earwigs, Mites, Millipedes, Wood Roaches,
Crickets, Ground Beetles, etc. This program provides
a Service Warranty* through the end of the
calendar year.
** Perimeter Treatments are only available after corrective service has been done**

Home Quarterly Service
Most homeowners experience a variety of pest issues
that change by the season and go well beyond the basic
crawling insect problems that are solved by perimeter
treatments.
Mice, wasps, spiders, fleas, bees, pantry pests and
the myriad of other occasional invaders require diverse
control strategies and can become quite expensive when
purchased one-service-at-a-time.
The Home Quarterly Service bundles our most popular
residential services into one cost effective service
program that will effectively prevent or control more
than 50 common household pests!!! And if a covered
pest pops up between quarterly visits, your assigned
technician is on call to take care of it at No
Additional Cost!
This service includes interior and exterior rodent
control, minor exclusion services, termite inspection
and monitoring, perimeter treatments, spider web removal,
interior insect monitoring with our exclusive Pest
Detectives, insect identification, and professional
consultation. This program has a year-round Service
Warranty*.

Cluster Fly Service
Cluster Flies are those large, dull grey/black flies
that invade structures between August and October. If
you live in an area where this occurs, you know exactly
how disgusting it can be to have all those flies buzzing
around the inside of your house all winter long.
We have developed a unique and highly successful service
procedure for preventing this annual invasion. By
thoroughly treating all the entry points on the exterior
of the structure from the roofline to the ground before
the flies invade each year, we can keep them from getting
inside.
This is an exterior-only service which means you do
not need to be home at the time of service as long
as the windows are closed. The only potential
drawback to this service is that you will likely need
to wash the windows after we are done. We are very thorough! This
program provides a Service Warranty* through
May 1st of the following year.

Wasp Prevention
Wasps can be prevented from nesting on structures
by treating the exterior surfaces and other likely
nesting sites. This program provides
a Service Warranty* for wasps on the structure,
and service on call for nests that develop in random
areas on the property such as trees, bushes or even
holes in the ground through the end of the calendar
year.

Asian Lady Beetles
Asian Lady Beetles are a non-native, invasive species
of Lady Bug. They were introduced as a non-chemical
means of controlling certain agricultural pests and
have ended up becoming a pest themselves. In
the fall, generally October, they begin seeking a place
to winter-over. They are attracted to the sunny
sides of our homes and businesses where they find gaps
and cracks and crevices to enter. They also release
a chemical scent which attracts more Asian Lady Beetles.
We can prevent these pests and several other autumn
invaders from getting inside by treating the exterior
surfaces of the structure where they land and the entry
points they seek out. This program provides
a six month Service Warranty*.
Schedule Service
*A Service Warranty* provides
further service to control a pest covered by the warranty
during the warranty period. It is not a damage repair warranty. No
damage warranty is expressed or implied. |
