Most homeowners experience a variety of pest issues:  Ants, Wasps, Mice, Spiders and a myriad of other occasional invaders.  The Home Quarterly Service is designed to be cost effective, and will effectively prevent or control more than 50 common household pests. 

Covered Pests Include:

  • Ants (all structural species including Carpenter)

  • Cockroaches
  • Centipedes and Millipedes
  • Earwigs
  • Boxelder Bugs
  • Fleas
  • Crickets
  • Clover Mites
  • Pantry Pests
  • Bedbugs* (limited to one bedroom)

In addition, we assign a technician to your home who will perform the routine quarterly prevention services, monitoring services and respond as needed between scheduled visits at no additional charge.

The plan does not cover Termite Control, Honey Comb Removal, Carpenter Bees, Fabric Pests, Ladybugs, Powder Post Beetles, Cluster Flies, Complete Bedbug Treatment, Mosquitoes, Ticks or Wildlife (skunks, squirrels, bats, moles, raccoons,etc) .  These services are available as a seperate service agreement.  Discounts are available for Home Quarterly Customers.
